Managed Microsoft 365
Licences drift, leavers keep access and security settings slip. We take over the running of your tenant and report every change we make.

What we run each month.
Identity and sign-in
Entra ID, Conditional Access, multi-factor authentication (MFA) and Privileged Identity Management, with emergency break-glass accounts that work when you need them.
Joiners, movers, leavers
Dynamic groups driven by directory attributes, so access follows the org chart instead of a spreadsheet somebody forgot.
A desk that escalates
Tier 2 and 3 escalation with root cause analysis, and Microsoft co-ordination where needed. Included from Growth, on request with Essentials.
A report every month
Secure score movement, licence true-up, incident summary and what we recommend next. One page, plain English.
Delivered work
We have run identity, access and escalation for public-sector regulators and a 37-application financial-services estate.

Who it suits.
A good fit
- Teams of 10 to 40 users who want the tenant run for them (Essentials).
- Organisations that need a named architect and 24/5 escalation (Growth).
- Multi-entity estates, regulators and organisations mid-acquisition (Scale).
Not the right fit
- Organisations under 10 users. A managed service rarely makes commercial sense at that size, and we will say so at the free assessment.
- Hardware support. Hardware is outside every bundle.
Common questions.
How long does onboarding take?
Two to four weeks. For charities, onboarding includes moving you onto Microsoft's nonprofit pricing.
Does the price include Microsoft licences?
No. The £14 per user per month is our service fee. Microsoft licences are quoted separately, and we can resell them at Microsoft list price if you want one invoice.
Do we have to sign up for 12 months?
The annual plan is a 12-month term. The monthly plan rolls with 30 days' notice and costs more: £16 rather than £14 per user on Essentials.
Is support available out of hours?
Essentials covers Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm. Growth adds 24/5 cover, and Scale is 24/7 with a 30-minute first response target.
